CANCELLATION POLICY
**Cancellation Policy** We understand that life can get busy, and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least **48 hours** in advance to avoid any fees. Same day cancellation will result to a 40% cancellation fee from the remaining balance. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. In case of a **no-call, no-show**, you will be charged **100%** of the service fee. We value your time and ours, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
